Refunds: Your satisfaction is priority #1. You may request a refund if the product does not arrive within the 45-day guarantee or if the incorrect item is received.
Note: Return shipping for "change of mind" is the responsibility of the customer.

Physical Order Cancellation
All physical orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you need to make a change or cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging process has started, the cycle cannot be halted.
Refunds (Physical Goods Only)

- You did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).
- You received the wrong item.
- You do not want the product (must be returned at your expense, unused, in original packaging).
We do not issue refunds if:
- The order failed due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect address).
- The order was delayed by exceptional circumstances (e.g., customs, natural disasters).

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
